These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Autofiles portal, the purchase of credits and the provision of tuning files, ECU files, software optimisations and related digital services to business customers.
The provider is Die Autoflasher GmbH, Sportplatzgasse 32b, 2443 Leithaprodersdorf, Austria. The services are intended exclusively for professional vehicle tuners, workshops and other business customers. Consumer use is not intended.
The customer confirms that they have the required technical qualification, experience and equipment to check, use and flash tuning files professionally.
The customer must provide complete and accurate information during registration, ordering and file upload. Incorrect vehicle, ECU, software or billing data may lead to incorrect results and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Services are usually billed via credits. Unless stated otherwise, prices are net prices plus statutory VAT. Credits are added to the customer account and can be used for available services in the portal.
Delivery is made digitally through the portal. After upload and analysis of the original file, the corresponding modified file or service is provided. Processing times may vary depending on file type, system load and required review.
Because the services are digital and customer-specific, cancellation, return or refund after provision, download or use of the file is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
The customer is solely responsible for checking, selecting, installing and using the delivered files on the vehicle. Implementation on the vehicle is carried out at the customer's own risk.
Autofiles provides its services with professional care. Warranty applies only to the delivered digital service and not to vehicle condition, hardware, third-party software, flashing tools, installation, user error or consequential damage outside the delivered file.
In the event of misuse, unlawful use, manipulation, circumvention of technical protection measures or breach of these Terms, access may be suspended or terminated.
Austrian law applies unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise. Amendments and additions must be made in text form. If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
