We process master data, contact data, login and usage data, billing data, payment information, support communication, technical log data and vehicle or ECU data uploaded by the customer.
Data is processed to provide the portal, register and manage customer accounts, process uploads and orders, deliver digital services, handle billing, communicate with customers, analyse errors, maintain IT security and comply with legal obligations.
The legal bases are performance of a contract, pre-contractual measures, legitimate interests in operating and securing the portal, legal obligations and, where applicable, consent.
Uploaded files and technical vehicle data are processed for analysis, modification, quality assurance and provision of the ordered services. The customer is responsible for not uploading unlawful personal data.
